Training is going well. I have 4 weeks and 3 days till the race.
This last Saturday I rode 100 miles on the bike, ran 14 miles on Sunday, swam 2.4 miles on Monday followed by a 30 mile ride that night, and then topped it off with an 8 mile run last night.
Almost at my peak and really looking forward to my taper!
